I’m Irina Anderson, a CPA based in Kansas City with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance leadership.

I’ve worked with organizations across multiple industries and countries, helping both large and small businesses make sense of their numbers. I’ve been part of real financial decision-making—and I know how important it is to understand what’s actually driving your business.

I was born in Ukraine and built my career across different environments, which has shaped how I approach my work: practical, adaptable, and focused on what matters.

I especially enjoy working with business owners who are building something of their own. I understand the challenges that come with that—not just from a financial perspective, but from personal experience.

Outside of my accounting work, I create jewelry and ceramic décor with my husband. That experience gives me a firsthand understanding of the realities of running a small business.

I intentionally work with a small number of clients so I can give each one my full attention. When you work with me, you work directly with me.
